The device still has no cellular signal, but unlike the lower-cost No-iCloud tier, iCloud-based features remain available. It does not remove Apple's Activation Lock, Find My, or an Apple ID — it is for devices stuck at the Hello / passcode setup screen only.

How is this different from the standard A12+ bypass?
Both pass the Hello screen and leave the device with no signal, but this Premium tier keeps iCloud services working, while the lower-cost No-iCloud tier does not.
Will the device have cellular signal?
No. Both tiers are no-signal, so calls and mobile data will not work. iCloud services, however, remain available on this Premium tier.
Does it remove Activation Lock or an Apple ID?
No. It only passes the Hello / activation setup screen. Apple's Activation Lock, Find My and Apple ID are separate and are not covered.
